I’ve ordered from anntaylor.com a few times, and most of the clothes have looked really nice when they showed up. Some of the tops fit well and felt decent, but a couple pieces were just thinner than I expected.
For the price, I just feel like the quality should be a bit more consistent. Nothing I got was awful, but a few items didn’t hold up that great after washing. Overall, it’s not bad, just kind of hit or miss for me.

The checkout went through in the end, but it was kind of frustrating. The pages were loading slowly, and my discount code kept acting up before it finally worked. I did get my order placed, but it just felt...

I ordered three tops from anntaylor.com. Simple order, or at least I thought. When the package showed up, only one top was actually right.
One was the wrong size. Another was a completely different color than what I picked. So... not a total disaster, but definitely annoying. I had to deal with returns for things I didn’t even mess up.

Customer service was fine, honestly. Just slower than I expected, and the whole thing took more effort than it should have. The clothes are cute, I’ll give them that, but the order accuracy needs some work
